Firework Setup.
Always remember to follow the directions included with your fireworks purchases! Our advice is only offered to build upon the directions included with your fireworks.
Ensure you remove all packaging fixed to the fireworks; this is usually clearly labelled but ensure you take extra care when doing so as to not remove anything you shouldn’t.
A common method of securing a Shot Cake or Barrage Firework is via spikes. These can be used either on the front or the sides depending on where you are firing from. We also recommend securing your fireworks to the spikes to avoid any movement or toppling, using a strong tape such as duct tape. If you are setting up in wet conditions, it is advised to place your Shot Cake or Barrage Firework onto a wooden board to avoid any movement if spikes are not being used.
